Privacy policy

1. The portal www.GoPolonia.org is for business entities, business organizations, individual entrepreneurs, legal entities and physical functions. It is also for services
related to IT services, exchange and learning of information, offer presentation, granting access to B2B meetings services and organization. The owner of the portal,
from now on referred to as “Administrator”, defines the privacy policy, and thus the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of personal data by art. 13 GDPR

2. The administrator of personal data is Pegaz PUH, based in Poland: Kielce, ul. Dobrowolska 5B / 49.

3. The Privacy Policy applies to all providers by the “Administrator” services and products and available exactly how you can collect, use and disclose details of the data of GoPolonia platform users.

4. We are covered by personal data, in terms of functions with user services, the user may use data from the processing of personal data. You can contact via email:

5. Personal data registered users of the GoPolonia portal are collected and processed in connection with the conduct of activities Activity on the website www.GoPolonia.pl
and www.GoPolonia.org. Any personal data (e.g. email address, business address, name and surname or name of the entity, phone number) are available via the GoPolonia portal. Also, if the user agrees, the data is collected in cookies and saved in the browser settings (on policy and cookies more broadly below). Payment card data may be available (if the user is interested in purchasing paid packages or services in the Regulations) and data indicated in the GoPolonia system. Form to handle orders

6. The Administrator may use users’ data for:

a. how to use the GoPolonia Platform: conclusion of the contract the GoPolonia Platform, including the creation and maintenance of an account within the GoPolonia Platform, the establishment of a panel and confirmation of the User’s identity, charging fees for packages and points and settlement of their collection for selected services and products, consideration of complaints and reports of abuse,

b. checking the User’s individuality, confirming his authorization to register as a GoPolonia subscriber, providing a login ID as well as managing and maintaining
registration,

c. supporting interaction between GoPolonia Website Users. Conducting research and statistical analyzes that will improve the scope of the website, assess the level of user satisfaction, the quality, and content of offers, and strengthen the promotional and marketing impact,

d. maintain and communicate via websites, including via chat, B2B system, GoPolonia messenger, electronic contact forms,

e. direct marketing of products and services (i.e. receiving commercial information through various communication channels),

f. pursuing claims and defense against claims in connection with the use of the GoPolonia Platform,

g. ensuring network and information security; restoring readiness for work (e.g. backup),

h. implementation of legal obligations arising from the provisions of Polish and EU law.

7. The Administrator selects and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data being processed with due diligence. Full access to databases is available only to persons duly authorized by the Administrator. Besides, the Administrator protects personal data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as against their processing in violation of applicable law.

8. The Administrator processes personal data by the provisions of law, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (from now on
referred to as “GDPR”) to:

a. conclusion and performance of the contract concluded on the terms set out in the Regulations of the Website (pursuant to art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO);

b. providing Internet users with answers to questions related to the Website and its functioning (pursuant to art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO);

c. c. using the Business Magnet service, newsletter and GoPolonia notification system, including sending commercial information, based on the consent given (art.6 par.1 lit.a RODO);

d. d. fulfilling legally binding obligations on the Data Administrator, pursuant to art. 6 clauses 1 lit. c GDPR (e.g. accounting and tax obligations);

e. e. pursuing or securing claims (pursuant to art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO).

9. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, the consequence of not providing data may depending on the case, be the inability to use the services provided by the
GoPolonia website, the inability to obtain the answers to the requested questions or the inability to receive access to the products and services of the GoPolonia website.

10. The User should not provide the Administrator with personal data of third parties. However, if he provides such data, he declares each time that he has the appropriate
consent of third parties to provide data to the Administrator.

11. The Administrator processes the scope of data provided by the User.

12. Data provided by the User are used to:

a. performance of the contract concluded on the terms set out in the Website regulations,

b. providing answers to asked questions, sending information, including commercial information about the Administrator and its products and services, as well as for statistical purposes,

c. storing and sharing with GoPolonia staff and Partners, any specific service providers engaged by the Administrator and any other authorized third parties, as well as specialized advisers, insurers, law enforcement agencies, regulatory and governmental bodies and other organizations related to GoPolonia website.

13. All information voluntarily provided by the User is usually publicly available on the GoPolonia websites, and thus easily accessible to every Online User. Any specific
voluntary information that is made available by the User turns into public information, which is why this means that you will not give up any property rights (including but not limited to copyright and confidentiality) in relation to this type of information. The user must, therefore, be extremely careful whenever he chooses to provide proprietary or personal information.

14. The User is required to provide full, current and true data.

15. User rights – In connection with the processing of personal data, the user has the following rights:

a. the right to request access to your personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing,

b. the right to object to the processing,

c. the right to transfer data,

d. the right to withdraw previously granted consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose,

e. the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in relation to the processing of personal data.

16. We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data provided. We ensure that all security measures and personal data protection required by the provisions on personal data protection are taken. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized to process them or processors with whom we cooperate on the basis of a contract entrusting the processing of personal data. Personal data is collected with due diligence and adequately protected against access by unauthorized persons.

17. Personal data will be deleted at the user’s request if:

a. personal data are not necessary for the purpose for which they were collected,

b. the user withdraws consent to their processing and there is no other legal basis for processing,

c. the user has successfully objected to data processing,

d. personal data was processed unlawfully,

e. personal data must be deleted in order to fulfill the legal obligation to which the administrator is subject,

f. the request relates to the child’s data collected on the basis of consent to provide information society services offered directly to the child.

18. Also, we inform you that we reserve the right to process the data provided by you after withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data. It is only to the extent necessary to establish, assert or defend claims or if national or EU regulations oblige us to process data.

19. The Administrator has relationships with various websites and entities to provide the User with benefits related to services and products that the Administrator usually does not offer. In this way, it provides access to these other pages and their sites through hyperlinks to websites of entities cooperating with the Administrator of objects or by offering sites under a familiar brand. In some cases, the User may be forced to provide personal data to subscribe for services or products provided by
such partners under a casual brand or third parties.

20. This Privacy Policy does not work with third-party websites or co-branded websites. The privacy policy of these new entities may differ from the GoPolonia Portal Policy, and it certainly has no control over the data that the User provides to such third parties. It is best to read the appropriate privacy policy for all sites under the shared brand and third party sites before dealing with any offers, services or products approved by those sites.

21. GoPolonia websites and their content are not directed at minors (under 18 years of age), and it is not usually intended to offer any services or products to children. If the minor provides us with personal data without the consent of the guardian or parent, the guardian or parent should contact our inspector at inspektor@gopolonia.pl to
eliminate this information.

22. By the relevant laws and regulations, the User has the right to access the personal data we have placed and request that the information be changed.

Cookies policy

1. The administrator uses “cookies” to store specific information about you, as well as to track your visit to the Websites. It is certainly not unusual that websites use cookies to improve recognition of their end-users.

2. The GoPolonia platform does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.

3. Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files. They are stored on the end device of a GoPolonia Platform user (“User”). And are intended for using the GoPolonia Platform websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

4. The entity placing and accessing cookies on the User’s end device is Pegaz PUH, as the operator of the GoPolonia Platform.

5. Cookies are used to:

a. adjusting the content of the GoPolonia Platform websites to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the User’s device and correctly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;

b. creating statistics that help understand how Users use sites, which allows improving their structure and content;

c. maintaining the User’s session (after logging in), so that the user does not have to re-enter the login and password on every subpage of the GoPolonia Platform.

6. The GoPolonia Platform uses two types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

7. The following types of cookies are used as part of the GoPolonia Platform:

a. “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the GoPolonia Platform, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the GoPolonia Platform;

b. cookies used to ensure security e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the GoPolonia Platform;

c. “performance” / “service” cookies, enabling the collection of information on how to use the GoPolonia Platform websites, including the use of the Google Analytics tool provided by Google (an entity entrusted with the processing of personal data for these purposes);

d. “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User’s interface, e.g. in terms of the language or region the User comes from, font size, website appearance, etc .;

e. “advertising” cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.

8. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) by default allows the storage of cookies on the User’s end device. Users of the GoPolonia Platform can change cookie settings at any time. You can change these settings by blocking the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser or informing about them every time they are placed on the User’s device. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings.

9. The administrator informs those restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the GoPolonia Platform websites.

Regulations of the GoPolonia Website.

1. By using the Products and Services, you agree, without restrictions or qualifications, to comply with these Terms and any other published guidelines or policies applicable to any GoPolonia website, product or service.

2. The use of Products and Services is subject to compliance with these Terms. If the User fails to comply with the Regulations, the Administrator may terminate access to the
GoPolonia website or any other products or services. Any such termination takes place at the sole discretion of the Administrator and may occur without prior notice. The Administrator also reserves the right to terminate any user’s access for any activities that may be directly or indirectly harmful to other users.

3. Some Products and Services will require the User to register and provide specific data. Given the use of such Products and Services, by registering and sharing such
data, it represents and warrants that: information about the User is true, accurate, current and complete. In addition to optional elements and the User will keep and
immediately update the Registration Data to make it true, accurate, current and complete. If the given information is false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or the
Administrator suspects that it is incorrect, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, he has the right to suspend or close the User’s account and refuse any current or future use of Products or Services. If the User is a natural person, he must be at least 18 years old to use GoPolonia services, by registering, he declares that he is over 18 years old. The Administrator may require proof of age at any time.

4. All GoPolonia registrations become the sole property of the Administrator. The administrator reserves the right to use and re-use all records and other personal data
of the user. Users can edit, update, change or obfuscate their data at any time by following the instructions on the GoPolonia website.

6. After registration, he will receive his account and access to the User Panel. He makes sure that he leaves the report at the end of each session. The administrator cannot and will not be responsible for any
loss or damage arising from failure to comply with this requirement.

The User acknowledges and agrees that for all information, code, data, text, software, music, sound, photos, graphics, video, chat, messages, files or other materials (called Content), both publicly published, as well as privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originates. It means that the User, not the Administrator, bears full responsibility for all Content that he sends, publishes, sends by e-mail or otherwise sends via the GoPolonia Services. The Administrator does not control User Content or third parties published through Products and Services, and as such does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of that User or third-party Content.

8. The User acknowledges and agrees that using the Products and Services may be exposed to offensive, indecent or objectionable Content. Under no circumstances will the Administrator be liable for User or third party content, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in such content, as well as for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of such published content, sent by post electronically or otherwise sent through Products and Services. In principle, the Administrator does not carry out initial checks on the content of users or third parties published on GoPolonia. Except for certain areas in which the Administrator uses specific automatic search software. However, the Administrator reserves the right to do so. The Administrator does not guarantee that all tests will be carried out to the satisfaction of the User or that they will be carried out at all. The administrator reserves the right to monitor some, all.

9. The Administrator will endeavor to ensure 100% User satisfaction for all services and products offered.

10. Refund requests for the services and products of the GoPolonia website will be considered within three months from the date of the defective service or failure to
perform it. Returns do not apply to the value of unused and unsettled points from purchased Packages. All requests for refunds should be submitted to the Administrator by e-mail: office@gopolonia.org with the note: “complaint”. The administrator reserves the right to approve and reject any request in individual and collective cases.

11. The User warrants and agrees that he will not:

a. published content, sent messages, provided links, addresses that are unlawful, harmful, pornographic or otherwise breaking the law,

b. collected and stored personal data of other GoPolonia Users for commercial and illegal purposes.

12. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Administrator and its designated persons will have the right (but not the obligation), at their discretion, to refuse publication, remove or block access to Content available through Products and Services at any time from for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. The administrator may also block access or suspend membership in GoPolonia or any part thereof for violation of these terms. You acknowledge and agree that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, including reliance on the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of such Content. Therefore, the User acknowledges that he cannot rely on any content created or obtained using GoPolonia products and services. By accepting this Privacy Policy and Regulations, the User confirms and agrees that the Administrator may keep the Content, and may also disclose if required by law or in good faith that such behavior or disclosure is justified to:

a. compliance with legal procedures;

b. enforcing conditions;

c. respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties;

d. protection of the Administrator’s rights, property or personal safety, its users and society.

13. The User acknowledges and agrees that the technical processing and transmission of Products and Services, including Content, may include:

a. communication on different networks;

b. changes to adapt to technical requirements for connecting networks or devices.

14. The administrator may also suspend or close any user account for any product or service due to user inactivity. For example, the GoPolonia account may be closed or
suspended if the user does not log in to the GoPolonia service for a long time.

15. The information on this website may contain inconsistencies or typographical errors. Information is subject to change or update without notice.

16. The administrator makes no statements about other websites that can be accessed through this website. When a user gains access to a site other than GoPolonia, he must remember that it is independent of GoPolonia and that the Administrator has no control over the content of this website. A link to another side than GoPolonia does not mean the Administrator endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content. Or use or products and services made available through such website.

17. IN NO EVENT SHALL ADMINISTRATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY WEBSITES OTHER THAN THOSE ADMINISTRATED BY HIM.

18. NO LIABILITY IS LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT DAMAGE TO USERS OF THE GOPOLONIA SERVICE, EVEN IF THE USER IS EXPRESSLY INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

19. Acceptance of these Regulations and the Privacy Policy means the conclusion of a legally binding agreement between the User and the Administrator.
