The offices of the Foreign Business Service Centers, together with their local partners, will selectively inform about trade fairs and attract guests in their area of influence. They will also participate in large and prestigious exhibition events (in real life). They will invite participants to present there to virtual visits and take advantage of additional meeting opportunities. The fair will be promoted in Poland and abroad, in social media, radio, television, press, and other mass events. Information and list of planned shows will be sent to business environment organizations and directly to entrepreneurs (mass mailing, newsletter).

The organizer of trade fair events is the GoPolonia Program Operator and individual Business Service Centers (BSC). This group can be joined by chambers of commerce, associations, event companies, and other entrepreneurs who have an idea and clients to meet sales representatives in a given industry.
